Most Healthful Food for Me is Chocolate
The health benefits of chocolate have long been known by the general public, but only recently has the medical community begun to acknowledge them. It's about time, in my opinion.
Recent scientific studies have shown that chocolate provides numerous health benefits to humans. Anyone who is sane would have known this. I've known for a long time that eating chocolate is good for you because I subscribe to the Old England Journal of Homemade Cures and Potions. This magazine has published mouthwatering stories about chocolate and its health advantages for years. And I have devoured every last morsel, even three whole boxes of chocolate.
This has given me an unsettling idea. I applaud the advancement of health and science, but if doctors were wrong about chocolate, what else could they be wrong about? Is it possible that everything I've ever suspected about broccoli is true? Have doctors been incorrect about the nutritional value of broccoli for decades?
This is Now a Distinct Possibility in Light of Recent Findings, In My Opinion
For a long time, I have argued that broccoli is unhealthy and chocolate is beneficial. Evidently, I have been somewhat correct, and I expect that the next few years will establish that I am completely correct on both matters.
I won't risk being incorrect about broccoli just because I've always been correct about chocolate. The plan is to consume as much chocolate as possible while avoiding vegetables in any form.
In light of these new findings, I'd like to share some of my knowledge on the proper way to enjoy chocolate. Most people don't know how to eat chocolate because they've been led to believe for so long that it's bad for them.
I present myself as a master of the chocolate-eating craft, and I even have the empty boxes to prove it.
If you're a chocolate newbie, you should know that chocolate chip cookies are the standard introduction to chocolate. The amount of chocolate in each cookie is just right for the individual who has been forbidden chocolate for so long.
Make sure you're on the up-and-up with this situation by beginning with a chocolate chip cookie. Calculate the ideal number of cookies by multiplying your weight by your height in inches and then by your age. With this method, you can count on a successful outcome every time.
Most people haven't really explored the world of chocolate before, so allow me to help you get started on your wonderful journey into this new food category.
First, take it slow and savor each taste of chocolate. You should remember this. Do not give in to the urge to overeat by eating two or more bites at once. You may develop a taste for this aspect of chocolate consumption in the future as your palate becomes more accustomed to it.
Remember to unwrap your chocolate bar and let it air out like a bottle of wine before eating. As soon as they see a candy bar, many people can't resist tearing it open and diving in for a quick mouthful. This is a bad idea. It's important to treat chocolate with care if you want to prolong the duration over which you can appreciate its flavor.
Third, one must use extreme caution when snacking on chocolate. In honor of the cacao seed that was crushed to make chocolate, each piece should be chewed a minimum of 12 times.
It's best to take your time and enjoy chocolate with the people you care about. One possible explanation for the widespread belief that chocolate is bad for you is that people eat it too quickly.
After 11 chews, I choked on a chocolate bar I tried to eat once. Now that I know better, I have a deep appreciation for chocolate's fragility.
Fourth, and finally, a piece of advice I think is crucial: There is a very good reason why eating chocolate should be done in private. One should give his undivided attention to the act of eating chocolate and savoring its decadent taste. Even the company of a loved one detracts from the overall effect.
The Act of Contemplating the Sacredness of Chocolate is Akin to a Religious Rite
The only true religious experience is one in which one comes to know God as he really is. Most people rush through religion without giving it much thought. Naturally, they never fully reap the rewards of their religious experience.
David wrote, "Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth," in light of this truth.According to Psalms 46:10 KJV,
It's nearly impossible in today's frenetic world to find a moment of peace and quiet in which to feel God's presence. Everything else can wait, but not this.
Who knows? Maybe people have it in for God for the same reason chocolate had a bad rap for so long. Chocolate connoisseurship begins with a passionate appreciation for the stuff.
Truthfully, I think the same of God. An individual who makes an effort to know God grows in understanding and love for God.
